Wuhan: A Covert Biowarfare Attack against China?

Taipei, China
"The Anglo-Saxon race is a race of mastery and achievement; the inferior races must undergo destruction."
So said Jack London, White Supremacist Par Excellence and revered author of "Call of the Wild".
London's views were explicitly shared by US President Theodore Roosevelt and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and most depressingly, implicitly by millions of Americans and Brits.
Connect the Dots
1902: Jack London authors a short story proposing how the White Western nations could wipe every last Chinaman from the face of the earth by means of biowarfare.
2019: US military personnel arrive in Wuhan, China. Covid-19 breaks out soon afterward.
Criminology 101
Motive: U.S. President Joe Biden said he would prevent China from passing the United States to become the most powerful country in the world. A bipartisan consensus shared with every POTUS including Trump and Obama.
Means: Hundreds of US biowarfare labs all over the world, including USAMRIID at Fort Detrick, Maryland, not one of which is attempting to cure the common cold.
Opportunity: The 2019 Military World Games in Wuhan, attended by over 300 US military personnel. China bore the brunt of the subsequent Covid-19 outbreak with more than 3,000 deaths.
The Unparalleled Invasion
"The Unparalleled Invasion" is a science fiction story written by Jack London. It was first published in McClure's in July 1910.
Plot Summary from Wikipedia
Under the influence of Japan, China modernizes and undergoes its own version of the Meiji Reforms in the 1910s. In 1922, China breaks away from Japan and fights a brief war that culminates in the Chinese annexation of the Japanese possessions of Korea, Formosa, and Manchuria [sic]. Over the next half-century, China's population steadily grows, and eventually migration overwhelms European colonies in Asia.
The United States and the other Western powers launch a biological warfare campaign against China, resulting in the total destruction of China's population, the few survivors of the plague being killed out of hand by European and American troops, and China then being colonized by the Western powers.
This opens the way to a joyous epoch of "splendid mechanical, intellectual, and art output". In the 1980s, war clouds once more gather between Germany and France, and the story ends with the nations of the world solemnly pledging not to use the same techniques that they had used against China.
Jack London: From the Horse's Mouth
"The whole earth is the habitat of man, and the possible habitat for the superior races alone. That the superior races, engaged as they are, in over-running the earth, should suddenly stop short, is impossible. That the inferior races must undergo destruction, or some humane form of economic slavery, is inevitable.
"There is such a thing as natural selection among races. In the last century, nineteenth of its era, millions of human beings were destroyed through contact with superior civilization... They were unable to stand the concentration and sustained effort which pre-eminently mark the races best fitted to live in this our world...
"So it must be granted that the Anglo-Saxon is a race of mastery and achievement... it is the worker and doer today who is best fitted for survival... "
-- Jack London, "Salt of the Earth"
